Hi Friends,
My name is Sarah Kief, and I am so honored to be raising funds for educational scholarships and heart research through the powerful collaboration between AHA Go Red for Women and Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation.
This cause is deeply personal to me. Heart health has impacted my family in more ways than one. Most of my mom’s side of the family has struggled with heart health, and my grandmother on my dad’s side also faced heart disease. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how fragile life can be, and how important prevention, research, and education truly are.
Through my platform, Mentally Mindful, I advocate for caring for both the mind and the body. Our mental and physical health are so closely connected. Heart disease doesn’t just affect the body, it impacts families, emotions, and futures. This collaboration means hope. I hope for healthier women, stronger families, and opportunities for young women to pursue their education without financial barriers.
The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women and Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation have joined forces to raise critical research dollars and tuition scholarships, ensuring a healthier, smarter future for women across America.
Your support, in any amount, truly makes a difference. No donation is too small. By giving, you are helping fund life-saving heart research and empowering women to chase their dreams through education.
Please consider donating and standing with me in this mission. Together, we can protect hearts, uplift minds, and invest in the future of women everywhere. ❤️
