In September 2024, Zack was diagnosed with Lymphoma (Non Hodgkin’s) diffused large B cell. DBLC.
He took holistic approach initially until western meds was the choice for time.⏰
In February 2025, Valentine’s Day, Zack was briefly declared cancer-free. He rang the bell at Fox Chase Cancer Center. 🔔
Early March. Put home up for sale for fresh start to a different home. 🏡
End of March 2025, scans showed the cancer had returned and more aggressive.
Unfortunately, the first round of chemotherapy didn’t work. 🙅♂️
He did bridge treatment with chemo once again. 🧪
April. Finalized Sale of home and new home. 🏠
Mid April 2025, he began CAR-T at Jeane’s Campus- Temple University, Bone Marrow Transplant. He was in hospital for sometime with CRS into May 2025.
Zack maintained Drip Therapy and maintenance for healthy recovery.
August 1, 2025, he was once again cancer-free. We all thought the fight was finally over.
Holidays, Nov - New Years. Amazing! Life is good.
Sadly, January 2026, in ER days after NYE as pains come forward.
Scans showed cancer came back yet again.
Spread to new parts of his body.
All above, he worked almost everyday. Days he didn’t, he was in hospital. When I say work, he owned a company with a partner. Construction of paving and concrete. Blue collar. No desk job. Hard work. He’s on the ground with the team. He’s a motivator.
With courage and hope, Zack decided to move forward with Allogenic stem cell transplant — his best chance at beating this disease for good. The hunt for a donor was on.
During the hunt for a donor, Zack chose to step away with his business partner. Exit company.
He did not fold. He started his own company.
He found a 12/12 Match donor with his sibling. 🥳
April 10. Admitted to hospital where chemo started everyday again for 5 days.
This is beginning of transplant process.

April 13. Sibling donated white blood cells.
April 15 Zack received radiation.
Zack received his transplant on April 16 at Temple University Hospital.
🏥 We recieved updates of photos/video during transplant on April 16 at 11:30am. Yes, while on a group Teams Meeting! Talk about a BE LOVE meeting.
Zack is still in hospital as of today, April 26. He will remain until he is released.
Zack is not only a fighter — he’s also a devoted husband to Joana(10 yrs married) and a loving father to their two young children, Tania (7) and David(3). 💗
Zack cannot work during this time, the family faces growing medical bills and daily living costs. Zack is set to celebrate is 38th birthday this August.
Zack will be on a vigorous maintence plan that includes red light, high doses of Vit C Drip treatments, Vit D shots, continuing living with organic and natural foods along with overlays of western medicines.
