I just had hip surgery which was delayed after contracting breakthrough COVID this summer and my house is falling apart. The plumber just told me my hot water heater is not rated for mobile homes and could explode as it runs too hot for my house. I just paid $675 in repairs for roof, walls, bathroom and now I need a new hot water heater that is safe for my home.
I am on social security and cannot work since my surgery. I really need some help and I have no one to turn to.

Warranty company refused to replace gas hot water heater, it came out of pocket. Now have bursitis in right shoulder from lugging laundry since washer/dryer unit is down as well. FML.
