I have a pure beagle, he has had issues with his neck few years ago payed 9k to get surgery they and now it’s happening again he is in a lot of pain and me and my mom are trying to do everything we can to save him the surgery cost 10 to 13k he is 9 years old please anyone help we are very desperate thank you I really don’t want to put him down. We are really desperate and running out of time please anyone anything helps please
