Enjoy sweeping views of the city, a cool breeze and the sunset while moving your body to the rhythm of your breath.
Take a break from your screens and join Hally Bayer (founder of Thrive Pilates) and Ella Cuda (instructor at Philly Power Yoga and Thrive Pilates) for a sunset yoga practice capped off with a bonus meditation under the setting sun.
Ella will lead you through an all levels yoga flow aimed to strengthen, stretch and balance your body. Hally will guide you through a brief meditation practice to quiet your mind and approach the present moment with calm awareness and appreciation.
BYO mat and water. Mats will be placed 6' apart. Please wear your mask!
Proceeds from the class will go to The School Mindfulness Project.
