In February of this past year, Lilian was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She has been undergoing treatment in Ireland and the doctors have been happy with the results. However, the cancer has become more widespread meaning more surgeries and various radiation therapies. While the doctors are still optimistic about her progress, Lilian still has a very long road ahead of her.
Although Ireland’s medical coverage will help with many of the standard expenses, it will not cover all of the costs associated with Lilian’s ongoing care—additional surgeries, specialized treatments, travel, recovery support, and extra living expenses add up quickly.
