Please help out our dear friends Michael and Paula Kay. Michael and Paula met while working over seas and fell in love. When Michael was offered the job of a lifetime they moved back to the states in the midst of the pandemic. This is when things started to fall apart. With the promise of the new job starting they found their dream home down in Louisiana and started to fix it up with their own sweat and tears. Unfortunately Michael's employer was the victim of internal fraud and now they have had no funds coming in since last November. Everything is tied up at the bank waiting for them to get through all the red tape this fraud created. Michael has been applying for other jobs for months now and because of the pandemic Paula is still awaiting visa approval and is unable to work until that process is complete. They have lived as frugally as possible even to the point of eating only the eggs from the chickens they raise and cooking out on an open fire because they have no more gas to light their stove.  Not many people can afford to help with thousands of dollars. But many friends can help with a few dollars each that we hope will add up quickly. They are in danger of losing their forever home in a few weeks. Those who know these two personally know how much they care for each other and their friends. They are embarrassed to be asking for help at this time but desperate times....
