UnexpectedAndEncumbered

My name is Jordan. I was in a near fatal car crash in the beginning of September 2021. I was the passenger in a truck that hugged a tree, and unfortunately I received the brunt of it all. I was a hard working home cleaner before all of this. One day, I'm taking the stairs as an option and getting 20K steps on my pedometer, the next I'm being told it's going to be over a year before I'll walk normally again. I have broken basically the entire right side of my body and I'm currently non weight bearing, as well as wheelchair and bed bound. I was blessed enough to make it out of this alive and have a little bit of money to fall back on. However, with prescriptions and trying to afford home health aids to help me be more independent, I'm starting to get to the point where I'm not going to be able to afford my bills here soon. I was told it will take up to 4 months for a decision to be reached about medicaid and disability so I'm really only asking for enough help to get me to that point.
