I am having a lot of trouble with my new landlord and need to move quickly. During the very cold spell my water pipes froze and burst causing a lot of tension with the landlord. I know they want me out but I just don't have the money to move.I found out that I qualify for a home loan but need down payment. Please help me.! I just want to live in peace.
