Hi, we are Justin and Ashley. We have lived in our home for 3 years. We have 3 wonderful children and also foster children at times as well. We try our best to give to those in need and work really hard to provide. However, we have recently found out that our roof is severely needing replacement as well as the gutters. We are quoted $40k for the replacement due to the house being built in 1910 and having original wood underneath the shingles. This caused gaps and nothing protecting the inside of our home from water. We have applied for loans, grants, etc. However, nothing was attainable.
