Lakeland’s KHP1 Swan City Soccer club’s 2011 boys elite team, for the second year in a row, won their division - ranking first place out of high-level teams in Florida and Georgia. This extremely talented group of 13 and 14 year old boys will be heading to St. Louis in June to, once again, compete in the national competition for the Elite Academy (EA) league.

The team acheived several other major milestones and accolades this season --giving them great momentum heading into nationals:

 • Undefeated in EA Regular Season

 • Undefeated in the EA Winter Showcase

 • Won the U14 Gold Division of the Weston Cup and Showcase

 • Won the U14 Select Division of USL Pathway Classic

 • 5 players selected to play on the Olympic Development Program Florida State team

 • 5 players chosen to play in Spain in April, as part of the EA national Talent ID program competing at the MIC Cup in Barcelona

Our dedicated team has worked tirelessly to earn this spot.  It is an opportunity for these talented young athletes to showcase their skills on a national stage. However, reaching our dream requires more than just hard work on the field. The costs associated with travel and food expenses are significant, and we are aiming to raise a minimum of $3,000 to help offset these expenses. Your contribution can make an enormous difference. These young athletes have put their heart and soul into this sport, and your support will help them take the next big step in their athletic journey. Whether it's covering a meal or helping with travel costs, every dollar raised brings us one step closer to making this dream a reality for our team.We invite you to be part of our journey. Please consider donating today to support our boys' efforts on their path to the championship. Thank you for believing in our youth and for your invaluable support.Let’s make this championship a memorable experience for all involved!
