On July 21, 2026, the historic storm that devastated Lewis and Upshur Counties West Virginia forever changed the lives of Justin and Whitney Mulholland and their two daughters.
In just a matter of hours, floodwaters destroyed their home and nearly everything they owned. Family belongings, furniture, clothing, cherished keepsakes, and the comforts of daily life were swept away in a disaster no family ever expects to face.
