My name is Chasity Sanchez, I'm 43 years old, born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. I'm a single mom of two amazing boys. I recently was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, which includes a large ovarian cyst and some other medical complications. After a surgical procedure I had in September of 2023, I thought I was in the clear from the complications I've recently experienced. As of now, I will be needing to have a hysterectomy to give myself the best chance of relief from pain, and discomfort. I will be having surgery 9/19/25 and to say the least, I am nervous for the procedure as well as the financial burden this also brings. I will be trying to return to work as quickly as possible, as I am the only provider for my family. I am humbly asking for any assistance that can help me make ends meet during these few weeks while I recover. The money will be used for copay to hospital as well as providing for my family with some of the loss of income. I sincerely appreciate any and all help and kindly ask for some prayers above all.
