My name is Mahmoud Hejazy. I am a father living in northern Gaza with my young son, Muhammad.
Our lives have been devastated by the war. I lost my beloved wife and daughters, my mother, all my sisters, and my only brother and his wife. My father had passed away in 2021. Today, Muhammad and I are the only surviving members of our immediate family.
Our home was also destroyed, leaving us without the stability and security that every family deserves. I am now doing everything I can to care for my son and provide him with the basic necessities of life under extremely difficult circumstances.

I am not asking for a luxury or an easy life. I am simply asking for a chance to provide my son with the necessities every child deserves and to rebuild some of what the war has taken from us.
