The story starts with My wife suprising me with a new car! Great right?.. Although it quickly takes a turn when i realize she got me a car through carvana... if you know anything about whats happening with that company you know what im dealing with.
Short story, they sold me a lemon car.. They delivered a car that needed instant repair and refused to take it back under there "7 day test and return date" because it took them over a month to deliver my car, and somehow that voided my test drive!?.. they refused to take it back.
its needed constant repairs since day one including major engine parts... Although I had most of it covered under the warranty that came with it, the warranty has run out and the car now needs another estimated $3000 in repairs.. carvana refuses to take the car back and the lemon law doesnt cover my vehicle since its a used 2011 model.
Im still paying monthly on the vehicle, and i cannot afford $3000 in repairs on top of the payments. If i choose to forfeit the vehicle i get a huge slap to my credit and still owe the amount left in my loan.. so here i am, hoping there will be some kind people out there to help me with this ordeal im in.
If i can repair it, then everything will be ok.. hopefully. Its really my only option at this point tho. If you can find it in your heart to help,. Me, my wife, and my 3 kids would be forever greatful to you. (I swear the kids love the car more then me)
