Hello, my name is Hazel I’m from a small town in Indiana I anm a mother to five little girls and it hurts my heart to know my life has came to this. My daughter Elizabeth is 12 years old (my oldest) and is terminally ill. She has idiopathic arterial pulmonary hypertension and congestive heart failure 😣
My beautiful girl is fighting a fight I never expected my child to have to fight but she is so strong. Recently her health has declined and things are not going in a good direction and I just honestly don’t know how to make it anymore. I am in so much debt and my bills are past due all because of hospital stays and treatments. I’m literally begging for help from anyone and I’m not one to ask for anything from anybody. I’m asking you to spare anything to help my baby and my family. I’ve worked my my whole adulthood for my family and lately it’s not enough to get by and as soon as my sweet girl gets put into the hospital, I miss out on work and my family suffers terribly.
