As many of you know, Robyn came off one of her horses out on a trail and broke her leg late last week. She had surgery by Dr Bowen who installed some serious titanium hardware on Saturday in Willits and is doing well. She’ll come home Monday (3/23).
She’s going to need a lot of support to get through her healing process. A group of folks mobilized to care for the horses, dogs, and cat immediately but there will be ongoing help needed to support our friend including animal care, errands, rides until she can drive herself, good company, and most of all help with basic expenses until she can figure out alternate income streams. This fund goal will help get her through the first month of basic expenses while she navigates the healthcare system. We may increase the goal if the medical expenses turn out to be untenable.
