This sweet girl was looking for comfort from a storm and crawled into a wheel of a vehicle. A Good Samaritan left to take her kids to school unknowingly running over the kitten. It was brought to our clinic and left due to financial restraints. She will need a leg amputation and has a broken pelvis that will need to heal. Currently she is fighting an infection in the leg that must be taken care of prior to surgery but her leg is three times the normal size and will need surgery within the next week. She is only 6 weeks old and deserves a chance at life. The amputation is 400.00 plus medication and hospitalization, leaving her with a 500.00 price tag. She's looking for some angels to please help her to recover.

Hey friends! Just an update-
kitten has been given the name Charlotte and currently we're watching for signs of septic in that leg. We're currently battling edema /swelling that has now moved up to the lower abdomen and the foot is starting to blister open from the amount of swelling. The doctors suspect lymphatic blockage which is causing the excessive swelling. We're currently on Onsior for inflammation, gabapentin for pain relief, clavamox for infection, eye drops and silver sulfadene on the open skin that is encompassing the inner leg. The surgery may need to be moved up so please, share, share share.
