Our beloved Jordyn, a 14 yr old ambitious teenager; loved by anyone that was blessed enough to meet him, has recently suffered a tragic medical emergency. Despite the efforts of his medical team, his condition has left his mother, Lora, facing the unimaginable decision that no parent should ever have to make. She’s a single mother of 7 beautiful children (Jordyn being 2nd oldest) and now must figure out not only how to continue her life without her best friend but also the financial burden of laying him to rest.
At this time, we are trying to process the overwhelming grief and heartbreak that comes with this devastating situation. Any and every little bit helps hugely. So she can worry less about the financial part of this tremendous nightmare and focus on the healing part for her and the 6 other children.
Jordyn was the kind of person who could make people laugh even on their worst days. He had an amazing personality, loved school and was active in sports and orchestra. He had an incredible ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
He loved playing video games, the violin and making new friends.
Lora being forced to prepare for a reality that no parent should ever have to face. No mother should have to spend her days saying goodbye to her child while simultaneously worrying about how she will afford to lay him to rest. So we are asking our friends, family, community members, and compassionate strangers to come together and help ease some of that burden. Every donation, no matter the size, will go toward helping Lora honor Jordyn’s life with the dignity, love, and respect he deserves.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping Lora, Jordyn, and their loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. Your support, kindness, and generosity will help this family through one of the most painful experiences imaginable.
Thank you for helping us celebrate Jordyn’s life, support his mother, and surround this family with love during a time of profound heartbreak. We are grateful for every prayer, donation, share, and act of kindness as we navigate this tragic loss.
