it’s hard to believe that I had been in Eisenhower for 4 weeks then Carlotta for another. Yes, I have been hospitalized for 5 weeks; that doesn’t include the surgery days

On November 18, I had surgery at Eisenhower Health. I did well after a four hour surgery and was released the next day. Three days later, I returned to Eisenhower via Paramedics after losing my strength and developing a brain fog. I am still hospitalized
I was diagnosed with a bacteria called c.dff. The bacteria infected me during surgery and attacked my kidneys, bowels, strength plus created a brain fog. I now must have dialysis. The bacteria can and does kill. I dodged that bullet. I literally lost ten days; I have no memory of that time period
While I slowly recover, my insurance is not covering everything. I have incurred transportation costs, dialysis costs, specific tests, and so on. My costs are increasing daily . I expect extensive therapy and treatment upon eventual release
