I’m a 35 year old single mom of 2 beautiful girls for almost a year and a half! I am 2 years sober! I struggle with addiction from the age 16 to 33 an then finally had enough and went and got help! I spent 13 months away from my kids to work on myself and rebuild everything that was broken in my life. It was the hardest thing i have ever had to do but it was 100% worth it. God snatch me from the darkness and saved me. And I’ve spent the last 2 years, rebuilding, growing and healing with Jesus walking with me every step of the way! I am still healing but I love the person I see when I look in the mirror these days! I still have struggles but I’d rather these struggles over the ones I faced in my addiction any day! God has changed me and my life for the better and it’s only up from here for me and my 2 babies!
