I am a single father of a 10 year old boy. For the last 5 year's we have rented a beautiful home in the heart of Boise. My landlord sadly passed away on January 1st 2021 who was such a wonderful soul who only made me pay 600.00 a month and the utilities. He family are in the works to sell the house and property to build condos on. I put my heart and soul into this home with a new yard ect. My son goes to school 2 blocks away and I work 6 blocks from are home.
I make decent money but not enough to be able to safe to move into a new place just out of the blue. I am trying to save as much as possible and cut back on things we really don't need and it is hard at times explaining this to my boy.
I spend my day helping others in the community working Terry Reilly and it makes me feel very good. I am not one to ask for help but I am at a point of fear and worrying about my son.
I am looking to buy a home if that is even possible I was told to bring my credit up 60 more points to qualify for a home loan.
This money would be used for getting into an apartment or to buy a motor home so we at least have a place until we can find a home or secure an apartment. Any little will help and will go to a good cause when the time comes to having to leave this home.
Thank you for your time.
