Beckhams Cranio Journey

We are starting this fundraiser to help cover the cost of specialist care for our son , Beckham, as we navigate a rare skull condition that requires evaluation by pediatric specialists. Details will update once we have official diagnosis 

He spent 15 days in the NICU, and while we are incredibly grateful he is home, our journey isn’t over yet. Unfortunately, our current insurance does not cover any of the children’s hospitals in our state. We are actively trying to secure additional coverage, but in the meantime we must move forward with care.

We have two specialist consults scheduled for late January, and each consult alone is approximately $1,500 out of pocket. This does not include the additional costs for tests, labs, ultrasounds, or imaging that will be required to confirm the diagnosis and determine severity. We are also facing travel expenses to get him the care he needs.

Our fundraising goal is $30,000, which will help us cover:
• Specialist consultation fees
• Diagnostic testing and imaging
• Travel, hotel, parking and related medical expenses

• Procedures that insurance won’t cover 

At this time, we are hopeful this condition may be more cosmetic than medical, but we truly won’t know the extent until specialists are able to fully evaluate him. The sooner we can get answers, the better we can plan next steps and ensure the best outcome for our baby.
