Greetings!
I am writing on behalf of my friend Rev. George Simms Sol. Everyone who knows George, knows what a kind and generous person he is and how he not only gives freely to so many people, but has done so for decades. His spiritual path has been to give his healing services and live off of donations in a very true shamanic way.
George is the real deal and he is always in service to others while asking very little for himself. This is a moment to consider giving back to George. He needs immediate funds for repairs to his basement or the City of Overland Park will condemn the building, with the intent to bulldoze it.
I suppose how this all happened will later be seen as a blessing, but the result of it has now become its own emergency. One of George’s cats was missing and somehow got trapped in his basement for a week. He could hear it crying but could not get to it, so he called the fire department. Fortunately, the cat was rescued but in the process they discovered two collapsing foundation walls. The codes state it needs to be repaired immediately or the building will be condemned and will no longer be able to be inhabited.
Yikes! Talk about an unexpected emergency! We can’t let George lose his home!
He has had some contractors bid on the needed repairs. Although the entire fix will cost $45,000., he only needs $6,000. to get the process started. This will enable one wall to be fixed, calm down the City Codes inspector and give us time to raise the rest of the funds.
Contributing now to help George raise this money is a solid way to give back to your community. You can know you are contributing to the well-being of a true helper of the highest integrity. Indeed, your contribution to help build a stronger foundation for George’s home is an opportunity to contribute to the stability of our spiritual community in Kansas City. All he wants to do is to continue to give back. His deadline to engage with the contractor for this repair is soon. George was so reluctant to ask anyone for help – he was hoping he could resolve the issue by himself, that he has let the timing get pretty tight.
I’m stepping in to write this, because it’s pretty impossible to write these types of things for yourself. I hope you can give what you can to help George out. Please also say a prayer for him and see this situation beautifully resolved for him. Please also take a moment to feel the shining gratitude for your kindness and generosity of spirit reflected back to you as well.
