I've been getting involved with HOH for the past 4 years for a very good reason

Our country loses approximately 20 veterans to suicide every single day. Operation: Heal Our Heroes' mission is to end that epidemic by raising awareness around the importance of mental health and the impacts of post-traumatic stress (PTS)/traumatic brain injury (TBI) while also providing resources to ensure each veteran can make a successful transition all the way home.

Obviously my favorite HOH event is the Montauk 5K Trail Run. This year we'll be running virtually.
