Hi there! I'm Leah, and I have the opportunity to compete at the 100th Anniversary of Miss America.
You may be wondering.. why compete for Miss America? If you did not know, the Miss America Organization is one of the largest providers of scholarships to young women in the world. In my years of participating, I have accumulated over 37,000 dollars in scholarships which I will be utilizing towards law school. Miss America prepares great women for the world and the world for great women. Beyond the scholarships, I have the unique ability to make an impact in the lives of individuals near and far. As Miss Florida, I have witnessed my stories and messages having direct impacts on the lives of young women. Miss America will allow me to impact young women across the nation to recognize their potential and become leaders in their lives and communities. Becoming Miss America is not about me. It is about using the title as a microphone to be a voice for those who need to be heard and share my message of hope, inspiration, and perseverance.
I am beyond excited to represent Florida this December and have the chance to become the next Miss America. I appreciate your generosity and support as I prepare to achieve my lifelong dream. It takes a village!
It’s time for America’s Choice! This is your chance to have your voice heard in who you think exemplifies the qualities of Miss America as a leader, servant, and role model for young women. This year we’re offering a $5,000 scholarship to the winner to help her advance her education and achieve her life and career goals.
