We have 4 days to raise $3,500 (currently $1,600 to go!) to support Lovelina, a devoted BIPOC mother in Adams County who is fighting to keep her family together. You can help!

Lovelina has spent years caring for her high-support-needs autistic child with love and resilience. Now, she’s being targeted again through a new third charge, which we believe is the result of systemic racial profiling and a cycle that punishes rather than supports. Without immediate help, she risks incarceration and her child risks entering foster care where his specific needs will not be met.

This is where community care matters most. Every dollar raised goes directly toward securing Lovelina’s legal defense and ensuring her child stays safe at home.

A year and a half ago we came together with yoga, bake sales, and grassroots giving, now we’re asking our wider community to stand with us again. Your donation, no matter the size, is an act of solidarity. Together, we can protect a mother, a caregiver, and a child who deserve safety and stability.

👉 Please give and share today. Time is short, but our community is strong. Direct fundraiser link to share

🚨 11 DAYS TO ACT

Our dear friend Lovelina, devoted BIPOC mother, community member, and caregiver to her special-needs child, has been relentlessly targeted by local police.

She faces a new third offense and jail time after choosing to drive herself to work when no one else could: a choice of survival.

💔 If she is jailed, her child would be placed in the foster system, where his specific needs will not be met. This is not justice. This is systemic rac!sm in action and criminalization of survival.

THE NEED: We need to raise $3,500 by Sept. 22nd, 2025 for her legal defense. This money will keep Lovelina home with her child, safe and supported.

HOW YOU CAN HELP NOW:
➡️ Donate today at: http://spot.fund/sxhkxsc
➡️ Share the SpotFund link above with 3 friends!
➡️ Keep the momentum going every day until Sept. 22!

Stay tuned for more ways to help.

Together, we protect families. Together, we rise against targeted policing.
