My life changed in a way I never expected. I was involved in a car accident that left my vehicle severely damaged and no longer safe to drive. In a matter of seconds, something I rely on every single day was taken from me.
As a working mom, my car isn’t just transportation, it’s how I get to work, provide for my family, run errands, and take care of my kids. Without it, even the simplest parts of daily life have become overwhelming and uncertain. Getting to work, taking my children where they need to go, and keeping up with responsibilities has suddenly turned into a huge challenge.
I’m incredibly grateful that I’m okay physically, but the financial impact of this situation has been heavy. Replacing a car unexpectedly is not something I was prepared for, and right now, I’m doing everything I can to stay afloat while figuring out next steps.
