Honoring Ethel Gregory's Legacy And Memory, Thank you

With heavy hearts, I am sharing the passing of my beloved mother, Mrs. Ethel Gregory, who was 92 years old. My mom was a woman of deep faith who loved the Lord and devoted so much of her life to serving and encouraging others in the Deaf community. She was part of the historic Silent Mission under Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington, DC, one of the oldest Black Deaf Ministries, and later joined First Baptist Church of Glenarden Deaf Ministry. She also strongly supported the Anointed Hands Sign Language Interpreting Ministry. To so many, she was a faithful presence, and to me and my family, she was a loving mother whose life and legacy meant everything. On August 13th at 5:02am, she passed away at Luminis Hospital in the ICU in Annapolis, MD.

After the passing of our father in 2014, my mother came to live with her daughters, and my sister and I lovingly cared for her through the years. Now that she has gone home to be with the Lord, we are asking for help with her funeral niche and cremation expenses so we can give her the peaceful and dignified home going she deserves. This is a very difficult time for our family, and any support would mean so much to us. Please consider helping in any way you can.
