My name is Deanna. I was born and raised in Jamaica but currently live abroad. Unfortunately, my family back home was severely affected by Hurricane Melissa, which recently caused devastating damage across many parts of the island.
Their home was badly damaged during the storm, and they’re now struggling to recover dealing with roof damage, flooding, and loss of essential supplies. The funds raised will go directly toward repairing the house, purchasing food, clean water, and other basic necessities to help them get back on their feet.
