Fill the Gap: Grocery Relief for November 2025
In Scioto County, more than 18,000 people rely on food assistance, and over 22% of our population lives in poverty.
That includes parents, grandparents, veterans, and more than 3,600 children.
Whether it's a missing paycheck, rising prices, or a benefits delay, too many of our neighbors are quietly going without.
So this November, we're stepping in with Fill the Gap, a grassroots grocery relief effort. No forms. No ID. No Judgement. Just grocery gift cards, handed directly to anyone in need.
We're raising funds to provide $50-$100 gift cards to at least 100 families in Scioto County.
Every dollar goes straight to groceries.
Distribution will take place on the public sidewalk in front of the Scioto County Public Library (Main Branch) at:
