Cutting to the chase, I need a bit of assistance with my enrollment fee for college since my parents are not supporting me and wish to keep me trapped in their house. :(
I'm a senior in high school who's been an artist for pretty much all my life, studies psychology, and tries my very best each and every day for a chance at someday becoming an art therapist. Unfortunately, I have a family situation keeping me from achieving this life. I just got accepted into my dream college though, which is amazing!!! But my parents are beginning to refuse their support to me, and CPS isn't helping or doing anything for us, just making things worse. I try my best to have good grades, do chores, be a good kid, and be supportive, but I suffer from being chained by their wants of me staying with them permanently and never leaving because "the world will never love me like they do." and that no one else will ever want me.
I plan to leave and be on my own, as a lot of their chains entail physical harm, and I wish to move out as soon as I graduate to break this habit and get therapy. With this, I fear I may not be able to pay my enrollment fee as they are preventing me from having a job and even attempting to cover it myself. I plan to get my enrollment fee via online opportunities, move out, and begin working as soon as possible (hence why my tuition isn't in my donations). Since I am an artist, I'd be more than glad to do any commissions for $10 each donation—anything that is wanted. Any advice or sharing is appreciated!
