Beginning September 28, 2026, I will be living on the roof of Next Step Recovery Ministries in order to raise the funds we need to expand and help more men and their families.
Next Step exists to help men in addiction, coming out of prison, and off the streets. Through love, mentorship, discipleship, housing, counseling and job placement men learn to find purpose, significance, and community that helps them thrive again. We are a 12 month program that also offers transitional housing to our grads.
We need more room. We have more men to help. The need is greater than ever. We are expanding capacity (currently house just over 30 men and we want to expand to 45-50). We must expand our job training opportunities and need space and equipment for training. Our goal is to become the model program, not just in the state of Georgia, but nationwide.
Over 20+ years we have helped thousands of men find new life. We save the taxpayer nearly $1 million per year by keeping men out of jail, prison, and off the streets. We provide employers with hard to come by help. We volunteer in our community to reduce crime and make the streets safer.
Helping men transform has been my life for the past 21 years. Now we need your partnership to expand the reach and continue this mission well beyond my lifetime.
Expansion takes partners who are willing to come along beside us and help Next Step reach more men and change more lives.
