It is with a heavy heart that I share my mom is likely to pass away this week. Her 60th birthday is Wednesday, August 27, and we pray she will be spared to see it.
As a licensed life insurance agent and her eldest daughter, this is incredibly painful to write. Nine months before her brain cancer diagnosis, I tried to secure a policy for her, but she was reluctant to share personal information and wouldn’t sign the documents.
I’m currently navigating life transitions—putting my daughter through college, opening a store, and preparing for my mother’s burial.
