I have been messed to own Lucas for the past 14 years. He has been my constant companion, confidant, therapist and most importantly my baby.
As some of you may know, Lucas became sick Monday, March 7th.
We immediately rushed him to the equine hospital. Where he has been receiving treatment.
As a result we have accumulated a large debt for this bill and if we are blessed to have him make it his after care.
He is currently undergoing a procedure to help drain the fluid from around his lungs and heart. If this procedure goes well their is a good chance he may survive.
The problem we are running into is the cost of ICU care is emmense to say the least.
We would hate to see the procedure work and have to euthanize him. Due to the fact we wouldn't be able to afford to keep him at the hospital any longer than we have already.
I wouldn't be posting this if I wasn't absolutely desperate right now.
