Every time I call a local agency I am told NO FUNDS!

I am 75-year-old woman now. I run away from 10 years of a civil war between Muslms and Christian. (Muslim Lebanese and their Muslim Palestinians friends).
When I fled I was already 35-year-old not a spring chicken, I was couple months shy from turning 36. As SMART, INTELLIGENT I see myself, still NOT KNOWING ENGLISH as I do now, and with HGH SCHOOL EDUCATION, I couldn't get a big job that pays big money to save for retirement etc.
I HAD TO GO TO IRAQ TO WITH THE TROOPS IN 2008 TO HAVE A JOB TO KEEP MY HOME! YES I DID. I WAS THEN IN MY LATE 57! Imagine me, running away from the war and going back to a worse one at that age!

But now, I am going through everyday HELL!
DO YOU KNOW WHAT I SAY AFTER I GET ALL OUT FOR AN AI? THANK YOU GOD. IN SPITE OF EVERYTHING, IN SPITE THE HEAT, THE WATER RETENTION, THE LIZARD, I am still happy I have 2 FANS AND AN A/C WORKING AS A FAN! I AM BLESSED!
