Hi, my name is Ruth, and I am being vulnerable and asking for help in a time of need. My story is not an easy one to share and unfortunately neither are my kids stories. To protect the amount of information that is shared and to shelter them from any further damage I want to be honest and share a overall picture with out all the extra details. (Just know life has been far from easy for all of us but by God's grace we continue to be resilient and persevere through it all)
I am a single mother of four incredible children and while I've worked hard to rebuild our lives over the past few years, it has felt like everything has fallen apart at once. I lost my job, my car broke down, and we have lost our place to stay. My children and I are on the verge of homelessness while we wait for an opening at a shelter.
Despite everything, I refuse to give up. I am actively searching for work, applying for every resource available, and doing everything I can to provide a safe and stable future for my children.
If you feel led to help, your donation will go toward temporary housing, transportation, food, basic necessities, and helping us secure permanent housing once we're back on our feet.
