Carla, or as I call her, Mom, has seen a lot of physical and financial setbacks this year. Her husband, Barry, came off the road after trucking for almost five decades, and between health setbacks and living expenses they are having a hard time making ends meet. Recently, Carla has had knee surgery to help her mobility and neuropathy, but it will be a difficult road to recovery before she will be able to work again.
