Whirlwind of a year.
I am a father of 3 beautiful children. I make less than $20,000 a year. This year I've needed multiple medical procedures that I've been putting off in anticipation of my tax money. The IRS has decided to claim that my children, the oldest of who is six, are suddenly not mine.
They are freezing the money that was meant to pay for medical procedures that I need. Money that was meant to take care of our family car that has no AC.
I make around $14 and hour and get paid biweekly. I haven't been able to keep up for months.
Now, our family dog Tasha, has developed a growth deemed suspicious by her vet. The operation to biopsy it $1,500+ and I cannot take out any more credit. The surgery is fast approaching and we have nothing.
I have a procedure the day after hers and I don't even want to think about how much I will owe for the both of us.
My children deserve the right to have some form of summer this year. I deserve to get the procedures, despite their awful recovery periods. Our dog deserves a chance to be comfortable, no matter the outcome.
If we can at least get enough to pay off the dogs surgery and ensure that we have enough food and snacks for our diabetic child, I can chip away at the rest. But I just can't do it on my own at this point. I've worked the hardest I ever have and have nothing to show for it.
I am sick of worrying about these needs when I have worked with the IRS every step of the way.
Please. Absolutely anything will help.
Peace, Love.l, and Understanding,
Gage Troutman.
