Help Build a Water Well for our Regenerative Vegetable Farm!
Harlowe Custom Microgreens (HCM) is a veteran-owned farm specializing in a diverse range of high-quality vegetables including microgreens, hydroponic leafy greens, and root vegetables since 2018. Through our dedication to responsible farming practices, our mission is to contribute to the local food ecosystem, fostering a healthier and more connected community.
We Need Your Support
Fueled by increasing demand from local customers and locally-owned restaurants, we are ready to grow – but we need a reliable water source to make this happen. Due to the small size of our farm, despite how much we produce per square foot, we do not meet the criteria required for government supported farm financial assistance programs. We are small, but mighty!
A Dedicated Water Well: The Center of Our Expansion
It will ensure a reliable water supply allowing us to:
- Scale our market garden operations to positively impact our local community’s home-grown fresh food source.
- Increase our yield to meet growing demand from local customers and restaurants.
- Enhance soil health and crop resilience to promoting long-term sustainability.
Our Goal
A water well has become a necessity for operational development and stepping stone for future growth. We are asking for help in raising $8,750 to drill a new water well. HCM has $3,275.00 allocated to install the irrigation infrastructure needed to deliver the water to the market gardens once the water well is operational. Your financial support will assist in achieving the overall operational water well installation and water distribution goal.
