Help “Momma Martha” Build Safe Homes
for Survivors
For over 55 years, Martha has voluntarily served the underserved across Maryland.  Born paralyzed, and miraculously healed through her Mother's prayers.

Martha's calling manifested at the early age of just 'five.'
As a young child, she helped care for severely mentally and physically disabled children in her mother’s home. At that same early age, she experienced a personal encounter with God that branded one truth deeply into her heart:

Fatherless children must know the love and care of their Heavenly Father.  This passion has taken Martha to other countries over the years.

She began at age 5 through her teens, going door to door raising funds through a local church to support foreign orphanages, as well as every other opportunity that arose such as walkathons, bikeathons, and more!

She has been serving ever since.
Over the decades, she became known on the streets as “Momma Martha.” Even pimps and drug dealers often cooperated with her because they knew she was there for one purpose — to manifest Gods love, respect and get people safe.
She did not build a platform.
She built trust.
A Lifetime of Faithful Volunteer Service & Outreach that she most often personally funded.
For more than five decades in Maryland, Martha has voluntarily served:
● Survivors of human trafficking
● Fatherless children
● Victims of violence and trauma
● Individuals battling addiction and mental health crises including Veterans

Her work has included:

● Helping establish a local Anti-Drug Coalition during the Bush Faith-Based Initiative, which included training teachers & school staff on how to recognize signs of trauma & drug abuse in students.  Martha also cast the vision for local faith based community centers.  This vision was seeded and evolved into local initiatives of faith based community centers that are thriving today & meeting many needs in local communities.

● Advocating for individuals facing charges to receive court-ordered placement into faith-based residential programs and/or treatment rather than prison

● Serving through Shock Trauma Centers and prison visitation outreach as well as speaking engagements from divers audiences to the streets

● Drafting and connecting volunteers with multiple local programs as well as helping with community center start ups

She has opened her own home to house at-risk minors under federal immigration protection (formerly I.N.S.), providing safety when no placement was available.  Just to name a few of her charitable endeavors.

On multiple occasions, she personally entered clubs, confronted establishment owners, and removed young women from exploitative environments to secure immediate safety and treatment.

Over the years, she has rescued and relocated hundreds of individuals — and even animals — from abandoned houses and dangerous situations.

She has been honored with certificates and awards and featured in local news articles only to provoke others to action.  Government initiatives have even sponsored certified trainings to help further her efforts.  Yet most of her service has remained private, behind the scenes.

The Next Step: A Structured Restoration Model

After decades of direct intervention, Martha is set on building something sustainable.

PHASE 1: Renovate an Existing Home (Future Goal 100 Houses)

An existing property will be renovated to provide safe housing and resources for:

● Survivors of human trafficking, sexual abuse & trauma

● Young women aging out of the foster care system

● Veterans etc...

Some Residents will enter a 6-month sponsorship program built around Martha’s core framework:

Discover. Develop. Deliver.

They will be guided to:

● Discover their God-given purpose

● Develop life skills, faith foundation, and vocational direction

● Deliver value to society through business and/or nonprofit work

The goal is not temporary shelter — but developing self-sustaining, restored contributors to their Communities.

PHASE 2: Secure a Second Property (Future Goal 100 Houses)

A second property will expand capacity to house additional survivors of trafficking and trauma and provide coaching for those who desire to be part of a Faith-Based Transformational Movement for Personal, Family, Business, Non Profit, Regional & Global Transformation, to meet needs in diverse communities.

This is a long-term vision for structured, faith-centered restoration at scale.

Campaign Goal: $125,000

How Your Contribution Will Be Used

Funds will support:

● Renovation materials and labor

● Safety upgrades and code compliance

● Furnishings and essential supplies

● Counseling and structured program support

● Acquisition of the additionalproperty

* Formation of Non Profit

Every contribution directly helps provide safe housing, spiritual restoration, and a path towards independence

Why Support Martha?

There are many awareness campaigns.

Very few people have spent five decades walking into broken places personally.

Before there were grants.

Before there were platforms.

Before it was visible.

She was already there.

Now she is asking for support to build something lasting — so the next generation of vulnerable young victim's can experience safety, restoration, and the love of God in stable homes.

If you feel led to partner in this mission, please consider contributing and sharing this campaign.

Together, we can help “Momma Martha” turn decades of faithful volunteer service into a sustainable Legacy of protection and transformation.  Martha's mission started with a divinely transformed life, that transformed lives.  With your help it will keep  growing into transformed communities and regions.

You are greatly appreciated ❤️

Just 175 donations of $1000 or 1750 donations of $100 will reach this goal!!! Help make it happen with your donation today. Thank you for being a part of this grass roots movement to help end needless human suffering 🙏 Blessings
