I never thought I would be writing something like this, but life can change in an instant. On Christmas Day, I was blindsided with news that left me and my three children facing housing instability. Since then, I’ve been doing everything in my power to keep things together, stay strong for my kids, and find a safe place for us to land. Currently in the process of finding a new job with more hours and/or better pay.

April 14th is our deadline to secure shelter. The goal is just a random number as I have no idea what I will need to get us where we need. I’m saving as much as I can myself, when I can. My only goal is to provide my children with stability—a safe place to sleep, a roof over their heads, and the security every child deserves. Asking for help is not easy, but right now, support of any kind could make all the difference for us.

If you’re able to donate, share this post, or keep us in your prayers, please know it means more than words can express. Your kindness helps us move one step closer to safety, stability, and a fresh start. Thank you for reading, for caring, and for helping us through one of the hardest seasons of our lives.

Fundraiser Updates (1)

Update: I have found a new job with more hours and was supposed to start 2/11/26, but unfortunately my kids and I have gotten hit hard with illness over the past weekend so start date was moved to 2/18/26 so first paycheck won’t be until 3/6.

We have a total of $368.62 saved (including donations).

Found a potential rental for $1,250/month, but need to work on increasing my credit score a little bit. Fingers crossed that I can bump it up 15-20 points in the next couple months…(I know, probably wishful thinking).

Move date has been moved to end of April, so that will at least give us a little more time.

Prayers and positive vibes are very appreciated. 🙏🏻 I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
