Darryl and Robin Washington have lived in their home in Altadena for over 40 years. On 1/7/25 the Eaton Fire ravaged their neighborhood and their home is a total loss (see photo). They made it out with their 17yo cat, and not much else. Darryl stayed behind to try to save his home, but with no fire dept in sight (one lone truck) there was no chance. They are now displaced, slept in a parking lot in their car, and have only the clothes on their back. If you can help, please consider. These are good people, very dear to my heart.
