❤️ She Has Spent Years Saving and Caring for Dogs—Now She Needs Our Help to Save Her Own ❤️
If anyone deserves a helping hand, it's Cassie.
For the past three years Cassie uses her spare time to volunteer at MCACC for the homeless dogs from walking, to helping the scared and shut down. She also opens her home to foster dogs for Rescue Street Rescue and Dogs Day Out, Underdog and giving countless dogs a safe place to heal and find loving homes.
If that was not enough, for the past five years Cassie has worked as a Home Health RN, caring for patients during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Now, the person who spends so much of her life caring for others needs our help.
Cassie's own beloved soul dog, Tonka, suddenly became critically ill and was taken to VEG on the 4th of July. What started as a cough quickly turned into pneumonia, and Tonka is currently receiving oxygen therapy and fighting to recover.
To save Tonka's life, Cassie had to move forward with emergency treatment, leaving her with more than $6,000 in veterinary expenses and a payment plan she never expected to face.
What is needed:
To donate what you can, to help pay down the immense amount for Tonka's care.

Get reach more people to see how they are able to help.
Today, we're asking the Rescue and Medical Community to show up for her!
Keep Tonka and Cassie in your thoughts, as she is there in the ER keeping Tonka calm.
