Hello my name is Sidney Torres, I am 22 years old, I currently am in college studying Business Management. I work full time as a receptionist managing a business.
My parents have showed me how powerful it can be to recycle, with just one small action such as throwing away a plastic bottle where it is supposed to go, we can make a better difference for our future generation. When I was in middle school, I worked with the police of Phoenix Arizona on a program called SRO Challenge where kids from my school gathered together and showed other students what an impact it can be to be Loyal, Respectful, Committed, and have Integrity. This program allowed me to be a role model to other students at my school and help out my community. I want to be that role model once again to the kids of our generation today.
In today's society, many kids don't know how much of an impact it can have on our earth. If we teach these kids of today how to clean and become a role model for others by recycling, our oceans and lands will be much cleaner, and our animals won't have to suffer what they are suffering now. I, as your official Miss Arizona Earth want to advocate to our kids that by being a role model to others and helping our mother earth we can achieve so much more.
