Sadie came to us pregnant, She had her puppies on Mother's Day. She had 2 at home and then had to go to North Georgia Veterinary Specialist at 3:00 in the morning because no more puppies had been born. After several attempts at inducing, she finally had a C-section. She was also spayed at the same time. There were a total of 10, but, 3 were still born, we ended up with 7 healthy puppies. 4 boys & 3 girls. Sadie & her puppies would have died without vet care and there would have been 2 orphaned pups. Sadie's vet bill is a little over $4000. She is also heartworm positive and will need to be treated for the heartworms and we have 7 puppies to vet.
