I am a single mother who moved to Texas hoping to give my two daughters a better life. I came here believing that if I worked hard, things would finally get better. Instead, I’ve faced one hardship after another.
I can barely afford groceries, and now my car has serious mechanical issues that I simply cannot afford to repair. Without my car, I can’t reliably work, and if I can’t work, I risk losing everything. We could end up homeless.
I have already used every dollar of my savings trying to keep us afloat. I have exhausted every resource I have, and I am humbly asking for a chance. If anyone understands what it’s like to struggle, to worry about how you’ll provide for your children, or to feel like you’re running out of options, I hope you’ll hear my story.
My daughters are my entire world. They are the reason I keep fighting, even when it feels impossible. I’m not asking for luxury or an easy life—I’m simply asking for the opportunity to get back on my feet and keep a roof over our heads.
If you can help in any way, whether through support, sharing my story, or simply giving me a chance, it would mean more than words can express. This truly feels like my last hope.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any kindness you can offer.
