My name is Sarah and I'm a friend of Wren and her husband Graham. Some of you may have seen the GoFundMe I set up for them recently, I have changed to SpotFund because they take less in fees so more money will go directly to the family.
As some of you already know, their family has been having a very difficult time making ends meet recently. This is mainly due to the very expensive medications Wren has to take for her multiple sclerosis treatment as well as her husband recently having been laid off. Thanks to some of everyone's donations Wren was able to refill her medications for the month, however they have now run into a new problem sadly. They are having trouble paying for their rent. Wren has a new job starting 8/15 and Graham has some interviews set up later this week, but at the moment they're really struggling.
Unfortunately as of today they are 2 months behind in their rent, and while their landlord has been as kind and patient as she can be, she has also made it clear that she needs this money paid to her immediately at this point. Their rent is $850 per month, and so I'm hoping to at least raise enough for one months rent to give their landlord, and if possible to raise up to $1,700 for both months.
