Weave Care App is a community support startup nonprofit that has purchased the white label (unbranded) version of the already existing Australian app, called GatherMyCrew.
The free app coordinates free care among peers in times of personal hardship and offers education & resources to streamline support with daily needs such as child care, pet care, transportation, meals, companionship and more to help navigate challenging life events such as the loss of a loved one, illness, injury, birth, natural disaster, etc.
We received an offer from GatherGroup, the Australian social enterprise we are licensing the technology from, for a significant discount for the first year of purchase granted we could raise $17,000 by the end of June 2024. Thanks to all your help, 6events & 2 grants we reached our goal in less than 3 months!
The app is currently being branded to Weave Care App! It will be available very soon.

Our annual budget is $150,000 for our nationwide nonprofit app with a minimum requirement of $50,000 to stay in operation. We would love any support connecting with potential sponsors, partners, donors and foundations. Please put us in touch & help us spread the word!
