Our family is facing an unexpected and overwhelming season.
We are currently expecting our first child any day now, and I am off work preparing to welcome our baby. Just days ago, our lives were suddenly turned upside down when my husband was involved in a snowmobile accident that resulted in him breaking his back. We are incredibly grateful that his injuries were not worse, but the road to recovery will be long and uncertain.
With mounting medical expenses, time away from work, and the arrival of our first baby right around the corner, we are asking for help during this incredibly vulnerable time. The financial strain of healing while preparing for a newborn has been more than we could have anticipated.
